-Before purchasing, please keep in mind that all of the items on my website are handmade and that minor imperfections may be seen. I do my utmost best to deliver quality and care to my handmade craft.

-Noticeable flaws will be mentioned in descriptions with a photo for transparency.

-All handmade items will vary slightly in design and colors. I like to make each item unique!

-My main source of material used is polymer clay with rhinestones and other embellishments. To finish the item for longevity, certain projects are coated with UV resin, Matte and Pearl Ex Varnish.

-Even though handcrafted items are functionable, they must still be treated with care as it is still a piece of sculpted art.

-Shipping fees are varied and rates may apply upon different regions. Shipping costs are also calculated based on order weight.

-I am not offering free shipping at this time.

-Processing time for orders are not included in the shipping time. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time.

-The shop does not ship internationally at the moment.

-Please double check and ensure that your address is correct. The shop is not responsible for any incorrect address provided from customers.

-Returns and exchanges are not available.

-Please email the shop within 3 business days if there is something wrong upon receiving your order.
