  • The Policy

    • When filling out the commission form, please include one photo under 5 MB. I will reach out for more photos after reviewing the form.
    • To know how much the cost is, you can add together the fee of the plaque style you like with the background of your choice.

    • All products along with Beloved Earth Angels is handmade and assembled from scratch. Minor imperfections may be visible in some areas.
    • There are no exchanges or refunds

    For noncommission orders;

    • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days to be shipped out.
    • Free shipping is not available at this time
    • No refunds or exchanges ; small minor imperfections may be visible. Anything major will be noted on the product for transparency.

  • Commission Work; The Process

    • All good things take time! An order will take about 3-4 weeks to complete. After the commission form is submitted, I will review and send you a contract to sign and collect the initial payment before starting. After the project is complete, a second invoice included with shipping and tax will be sent to you. More details will be in the contract.
    • My commission form is open up for TWO slots per month. I will have 3-5 slots open for the waiting list.

  • Commission Work; Shipping

    • After receiving the second payment, I will then ship out your order. I will take a photo in the packing stage before sealing up the package so you know how it should look like when received.
    • If issues are seen from the artwork itself such as a chipped ear, a tooth fell out or anything that disrupts the artwork itself, PLEASE email photos/videos within 24-48 hours when the package is received to determine if it's repairable.
    • I only ship within the United States at this time. Shipping costs are estimated by weight and fluctuates by destination. Estimated delivery time will be between 2-5 business days. Additional insurance rates may be purchased with shipping starting at
      $0.89 per $100 of coverage on your order. (EX; If your order costs $300, insurance fees start at $2.67)

      For any other products ordered, the shipping handling will be processed within 1-2 business days.
